Background:Birendra Budha 14 year's old male patient originally from Achham district which is from remote part of Nepal. He was brought at NOH with complain of deformed left elbow following history of fall injury at the age of 3 years. He was neglected from his family and was looked after by a priest. The priest brought him at the NOH and requested the hospital for special discount for the treatment. So, considering his request and reality, NOH provided full charity of Rs.43915 plus medicines. He is in regular follow up and everything needed for further investigation is free of charge. He is recovering well.
